Thank you for shopping with us!

Please note that all of our inventory is thoroughly checked several times upon receiving for any signs of damage and again before being packaged and shipped to you!

To start a return, you must contact us at info@thestylediaryboutique.com

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after your order delivery date to request a return.

Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for defects, smells and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items Must be:

  • New, Unworn, Unused, Unwashed, No Damage of any kind and with ALL Tags still attached!
  • No Visible Makeup Residue and No Deodorant Stains on item(s).
  • No change in the smell of the item(s) (meaning the items must be Free of Perfume Scents and Body Odor!) 

The Return Shipping Fee is the responsibility of YOU the customer. We DO NOT provide return shipping labels. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The following Items CAN NOT be Returned:

  • Free Gifts(giveaways)
  • Promotional items, Clearance and Discounted Items
  • Items that are marked FINAL SALE
  • ALL accessories
  • ALL Swimwear, Bodysuits, and Lingerie due to the delicate nature of the items
  • Items with built in undergarments 

The Style Diary Boutique does NOT offer refunds, however, we will offer a store credit which you can use towards a future purchase or store item exchange!
