Shipping policy

Our Shipping Policy is as follows:

You will receive an email confirmation confirming that your order has been placed. Once received, we will then process and prep your order to be ready for shipment. You will then receive another email confirming your order has been shipped with your tracking number. Please allow 2-3 days after shipping for updates.

If you do not receive your tracking information within 3 days of purchasing, please contact us at info@thestylediaryboutique.com

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days

Shipping rates are determined at checkout and are based upon delivery address and the total order weight!

All orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following business day.

We try our best to ensure that all orders will be delivered on time. PLEASE keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, your order can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. 

If you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order after it has been shipped please contact your selected mail carrier for further information. We cannot guarantee that your order will arrive on the listed date once the order is in your selected mail carrier possession. It is the responsibility of your selected mail carrier to ensure that your order is delivered at the listed delivery date!

We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for:

  • Orders Lost in the mail (delivery delays due to mishandling by the mail carrier)
  • Stolen packages once your order status says delivered
  • Any incorrectly entered addresses
  • Any unclaimed and refused packages
  • Any delays due to weather conditions

Please make sure you are Entering your correct shipping address and that your shipping address is a secure location!

We currently ONLY ship within the United States at this time! We DO NOT ship outside of the United States to International customers. We look forward to changing this option soon!
